How much do you charge for your website?

The yearly fee is $500 plus applicable taxes. This includes the website, custom domain (.com or .net) and hosting for one year. This fee is billed yearly

Will my website be empty of information when I receive it? I'm not sure where to start.

Absolutely not. Here's the difference between working with a company that knows nothing about swimming and eSwimClubs. We will pre-populate your website with meaningful information to help you get started. Then simply go into each page and adjust accordingly to fit your club with our easy to use editor.

Is the trial website a trimmed down version of the live sites?

The trial site we prepare for you will have all the features the live site has. There are no restrictions.

Once my trial is over, do I lose all the information I entered?

Certainly not. If you are happy with the website and are ready to purchase. We will move all of your entries from the trial site to the final site. So use the trial site as if it's your own. Think of it as having a new car from the dealer for a test drive for 14 days with no commitment.

We want to use more pages on our website, how much will it cost?

eSwimClubs websites let you create as many pages as you like without having to spend more money. Simply use the "MyPages" section and create as many pages as you like. Then link to those pages from the main pages that come with your website.

Will I need to buy anything else to get my website on the web?

No, our rate includes everything you'll need to start your web presence. You get the website, a domain name (your own .com or .net) and hosting. Their are no additional costs.

How long does it take to get my website on the web?

Once you place your order and depending on the amount of customization you request, we aim to have your website up and running in 3 business days.

Do I need to use your templates?

No, you can send us your own image and colour choices. We'll work with you to prepare a site that fits your club colours and logo.

Once I buy the website, is it easy for me to make changes?

Our sites are built with easy of use in mind. If you've used MS Word™ or Wordperfect™, you'll feel at home with our editing system. We also provide an easy to read help document to guide you along the way.

What if I want something custom built on my website? Am I limited to your features?

Not at all. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements. We develop custom features at very affordable prices if you need them. Please make sure to register for a trial website, you might just find that we already have what you need.

Our club is in the United States, can we still register for a trial website?

Absolutely, we love doing business with our friends across the boarder, or overseas for that matter.
