This edit bar appears on the administration side for every content page on the site. That means you can edit and adjust your site from anywhere you can get an internet connection.

- officiating

Hosting Meets
If you host meets we provide an environment that is easy to use. You can upload the meet package, Hy-Tek file, notes on changes and more. You can do this for one or as many meets as you like.
Hy-Tek Compatibility
Although we provide a section for swimmer records and standards we can just as easily change the link to point directly to TM On-line. The steps for setting this up are simple and when complete you will have greatly increased access to times, standards, records, upcoming meets and much more.
File standards
Upload Word and Excel and PowerPoint files, PDF and just about any other internet compatible file you can think of.
Newsletter
Wow. Have your parents, their parents and anyone else who is looking for regular updates on the club to sign up. You can build a newsletter or notice to whatever level of design you like. Go ahead and send it to the list. The onus is on your club membership to maintain the email name accuracy so you can share responsibility for sending notices to your coaches, your administrative support, parent coordinators and more. The file is built in such a way as well to avoid the [bulk] classification of many spam filters.
Gallery
Group your photos by event, give each picture a caption .. and upload. You can view the pictures either one at a time or through a slideshow. By uploading just the one picture it will automatically create thumbnails, mid and full size images. This is a robust and user friendly way of watching the year go by.
Calendar
It looks like a calendar. Other sites might like to work event lists but we think it’s important to see what isn’t on a weekend (or day) just as much as it is to see something is there. You can add multiple events to the same day. When the user hovers overtop .. up pops the information. Too easy.

- we can offer you a site with generic swim text and images just in case you are more comfortable editing than creating from new
- we can take all of your testing information and start the new site with your own work (so you never lose anything)
Site Design
Choose from our list of basic designs. Within each design you can choose the surrounding border colours to match your club colours.
Don’t see an image you like? We provide you with two choices. We will work with you to create a masthead you can be proud of. Following its creation we give you a choice,
- Open the design up for anyone else to use .. no charge. It becomes part of our library of choices.
- Choose to make this your exclusive design, never offered to anyone else and we’ll charge you $50.
